GENERAL TERMS OF USE
These terms of use govern the relations between “GREAT WORK” LTD, on the one hand as the administrator of the website www.nailprobulgaria.com, and its Visitors, on the other hand.
By loading the Site, the Visitor agrees to familiarize himself with and comply with these General Terms and Conditions and all parts thereof.
SUBJECT
Through the Site, we provide Visitors with its use in good faith, strictly and thoughtfully complying with the rules and requirements of these general terms and conditions.
The provision of services does not include the provision of computer and/or other client equipment and Internet connectivity necessary to access the site.
FUNCTIONS
1. Scope
The Site has been created and is accessible to an unlimited number of Visitors, without any discriminatory sign.
2. Purpose
Through our Site we aim to do three things: 1) to share what we do, 2) to share information about the rules for participation in the “NAILPRO Bulgaria” competition (for short, the “Competition”), the evaluation criteria, results of the current and previous editions of the Competition, 3) to provide information on how Visitors can contact us, make a request for a service or about their rights and how to exercise them.
3. Agreement
By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the Visitor agrees to communicate via e-mail, as each letter may also constitute a statement with legal significance. In this regard, the messages sent between us (including those via e-mail) constitute electronic statements.
4. Rights and obligations
The Visitor has the right to access the Site in real time. The right of access does not include the right to copy or reproduce information, or to use protected objects of intellectual or industrial property.
5. Social networks
On the Site we may place a link to our social media pages, as well as to our YouTube channel. The latter are third parties that most likely install cookies on your devices.
6. Direct chat
On the Site there is a form for direct communication in the form of a chat, through which the Visitor can contact us and make inquiries. Any information entered there will be considered voluntarily given through conclusive actions.
AMENDMENT
We may always and without prior notice change our General Terms of Use. We will publish the changes in a prominent and accessible place on the Site and they will apply in the future.
DISPUTES
If something goes wrong, We and the Visitor agree to communicate in a spirit of good will and understanding.
If the above does not give a satisfactory result, the disputes will be resolved by the competent Bulgarian court. The rules of Bulgarian law will apply, unless another law is applicable according to current international rules.
